Autumn Term 2018 Booking / Rebooking

Monday 21st May 2018

 

Priority rebooking period for current clients begins.  Current clients will receive an automated email (from noreply.notification@swimway.co.uk) at the end of their lessons during the course of the w/c 21st May.  The email will contain instructions on how to rebook the same time for the Autumn Term.

 

Payment can be made online via HomePortal, bank transfer (details included in rebooking email) or over-the-phone card payment by calling 0208 871 3972, Monday – Friday between 9:30am and 2:30pm.

 

NO CHANGE REQUESTS CAN BE ACCEPTED DURING THE REBOOKING PERIOD.  WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO REBOOK THE SAME TIME/DAY FOR THE FOLLOWING TERM.

 

Current clients who definitely cannot make the same lesson time next term will need to let us know via email during the priority rebooking period, and then look for an alternative space when general bookings open (details below).

 

Please note, there will be no priority rebooking period for the Balham Pool, as the venue will be closing after the Summer Term 2018

 

Wednesday 6th June 2018 @ 2.30pm

Priority rebooking period ends.  This is the payment deadline for current clients to confirm their same lesson times for the Autumn Term.  Any unconfirmed spaces will be automatically opened to new bookings the following week.

 

Monday 11th June 2018 @ 12:00pm

Autumn Term bookings open*

All clients on the SwimWay database will receive an email announcing the opening of the bookings.  Note that emails are sometimes delayed, but from 12pm, availability is also shown on our website here (select the relevant course/pool, or simply click on the link taking you to the PDF booklet for all pools).

 

Once you have viewed the availability, email the relevant Account Manager with your request to book.  If you are requesting spaces at different pools, please remember to copy in all relevant email addresses.

 

Spaces are allocated on a first come first served basis via email only

*Please note this term the Wimbledon and Wandsworth Common public bookings will open a week later at 12pm on Monday 18th June 2018. Due to the closure of the Balham pool, we will be giving all current clients at Balham, Wandsworth Common and Wimbledon advance priority booking for the autumn term. Availability for these pools will not be listed on the website until 18/06/18, and only current clients will receive listed availability via email on 11/06/18 at 12pm. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any queries.

REMEMBER

We are unable to take requests for changes to lesson times/days during the priority rebooking period

You are only able to request a new booking or change an existing booking for the following term once the general bookings open on a first come, first served basis via email

Any change requests made before the general bookings open, or via phone unfortunately cannot be accepted.  Availability will likely be extremely limited, so unfortunately we cannot guarantee your desired slots will be available

If you are a current client, and you CAN swim in your current space next term:  Pay and confirm the space during the priority rebooking period, even if you would prefer a different time.  This will have no impact on your chances of finding an alternative time when the general bookings open

If you are a current client, and you CAN’T swim in your current space next term:  Do not pay for the space.  Send us an email to let us know, and we will remove you from the space.  This will have no impact on your chances of finding an alternative time when the general bookings open

THE PROCEDURE

SwimWay does not operate a waiting-list system.  All new bookings are taken on a first come, first served basis.  When it comes to booking / rebooking for the following term, we offer our current clients advance priority to rebook the same lesson time/day ahead of when the general bookings open.

Around mid-way through the current term, we will begin the priority rebooking period for current clients to rebook their spaces for the following term.

We only accept bookings for the same time/day for current clients during this period.  Unfortunately we are unable to advise what alternative spaces are available until after the general bookings open.  If a client is unable to make the same time/day next term, we ask that they inform us as soon as they receive the rebooking email so we can open the space for the general bookings.

Once the priority rebooking period ends, we will open for new bookings.  The general bookings for the following term will be opened with availability and booking instructions detailed on our website here, as well as an email announcement to our database.  From then on it is a first come, first served opportunity.
