Spring Term 2018 Booking / Rebooking

Early priority rebooking period for current clients begins. Current clients will receive an automated email (from email@example.com) at the end of their lessons running during the week with instructions on how to rebook the same time for the Spring Term.
Payment can be made online via HomePortal, bank transfer (details included in rebooking email) or over-the-phone card payment by calling 0208 871 3972, Monday – Friday between 9:30am and 2:30pm.
NO CHANGE REQUESTS CAN BE ACCEPTED DURING THE REBOOKING PERIOD. WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO REBOOK THE SAME TIME/DAY FOR THE FOLLOWING TERM.
Current clients who definitely cannot make the same lesson time next term will need to let us know via email during the priority rebooking period, and then look for an alternative space when general bookings open (details below).
Wednesday 1st November 2017
Priority rebooking period ends. This is the payment deadline for current clients to confirm their same lesson times for the Spring Term. Any unconfirmed spaces will be automatically opened to new bookings the following week.
Monday 6th November 2017 @ 12:00pm
Spring Term bookings open. All clients on the SwimWay database will receive an email announcing the opening of the bookings. Note that emails are sometimes delayed, but availability is also shown on our website here (select the relevant course/pool, or simply click on the link taking you to the PDF booklet for all pools).
Availability for Spring Term 2017 will only be shown on the website from Monday 6th November 2017 from 12:00pm. Once you have viewed the availability, email the relevant Account Manager with your request to book. If you are requesting spaces at different pools, please remember to copy in all relevant email addresses.
Spaces are allocated on a first come first served basis via email only.
We are unable to take requests for changes to lesson times/days during the priority rebooking period
You are only able to request a new booking or change an existing booking for the following term once the general bookings open on a first come, first served basis via email
Any change requests made before the general bookings open, or via phone unfortunately cannot be accepted. Availability will likely be extremely limited, so unfortunately we cannot guarantee your desired slots will be available
If you are a current client, and you CAN swim in your current space next term: Pay and confirm the space during the priority rebooking period, even if you would prefer a different time. This will have no impact on your chances of finding an alternative time when the general bookings open
If you are a current client, and you CAN’T swim in your current space next term: Do not pay for the space. Send us an email to let us know, and we will remove you from the space. This will have no impact on your chances of finding an alternative time when the general bookings open
