At SwimWay we understand the importance of the bond between instructor and student, especially for the younger children. While sometimes unavoidable, we strive to minimise the turnover of instructors from term to term. We hire only those with at least two years experience, and pay above the market average for their talent and commitment.
All our instructors currently work, or have worked in established swimming programmes at venues such as the Chelsea Harbour Club, Hurlingham Club, Swimming Nature and Virgin Active. This brings a solid background in swimming teaching to the team, continuously helping us improve our own methodology. DBS checks are updated regularly for the whole team, as well as insurance and qualifications. We also provide health and safety training before the start of every term, and constant supervision throughout the year.
We are incredibly proud of our team. The standards we set are constantly met and raised time and time again. We have no doubt that from the first lesson you will see that the SwimWay is the only way!
