Swimming has been part of my life since I was a little girl, where I swam at national level in my native country of Bulgaria. Since 2012, I have been teaching swimming in London and have a true passion for helping children learn to swim. I believe swimming lessons offer children a very rewarding, enjoyable activity whilst also providing a skill that could one day save their life.
I am a great believer in giving back to the community, and charity work. In 2015, I participated in charity swim events such as Swimathon and The Great Newham London Swim, swimming 2.5K and 1 Mile, to support charities devoted to curing cancer.
I am a fully qualified Level 2 STA teacher and a member of the Swimming Teaching Association. I have taught a great many children to swim using various different teaching styles, but I firmly believe the SwimWay Methodology is the most effective. It is wonderful to see the children thrive in their lessons!
