Current Database
Past submission requests for information have resulted in addition to our database. We have never purchased data in order to beef up our database. We have found the demand for our lessons has always been sufficient to build that database ourselves
To enrol for classes, follow progress and receive service emails/texts, users must register and provide certain voluntary information about themselves. The SwimWay staff and CoursePro website collect and stores information about the SwimWay clientele during registration.
SwimWay does not reveal to any third party any of our clients’ personal information. We use our data solely for lessons, bookings and providing course information.
GDPR Communications
Nevertheless, we do know that some clients may no longer wish to receive our course information. That is why we have communicated with our database on multiple occasions over the course of the past few months. Not only with an option to opt-in again, but also to unsubscribe if they have already opted in.
Our subscription options have always been clear. You can unsubscribe from our marketing messages by simply responding to any of our emails with “UNSUBSCRIBE”. Alternatively…

We have created our website using a WordPress platform which uses “cookies”. Cookies store small amounts of information on your computer or device. This allows the collection of certain information from your web browser. SwimWay Ltd. does not use or access this information itself.
