FAQ: How To Request A Booking With SwimWay
We have previously covered how our availability pages work for our private and semi-private lessons as well as our group classes. Now we’d like to help you further by explaining how to request a booking with SwimWay.
Our contact and booking page breaks down the process into 3 easy steps. They will help to ensure a swift and efficient booking process:
Step 1 – Find Your Stage
The SwimWay Swimming Stages and awards are unique to SwimWay. They are created to complement our teaching methodology. It is important for children to be booked into the appropriate SwimWay Stage. Thus ensuring correct development of swimming skills and avoiding mismatches in 1:2 lessons. Please take a minute to complete the questionnaire. It will point you in the direction of the most appropriate stage lesson.
Step 2 – View Availability
Once you know what your child’s stage is, you can visit the venues & availability page to see what we have to offer. If you are unsure of which venue is most suitable, simply pop your postcode into the venue finder! The map will show you to your closest pool. Once you have found your venue, visit the venue page and take a look at the term time and holiday availability listed there.
Step 3 – Request A Booking
The final step is to fill out the form on the contact and booking page. The more information you provide, the easier it will be for us to quickly and correctly give you what you want! Don’t forget how important it is to provide any pertinent medical information too.
We will receive your booking form via email and action ASAP. If you did the stage finder, we will also receive all the answers to that questionnaire, giving us loads of information to ensure a better lesson for your child!
