Our Commitment
At SwimWay, the health and safety of our swimmers, parents, and staff is our highest priority. We go above and beyond legal requirements to ensure every lesson is delivered in a safe, well-managed environment.
Our Approach
Training & Expertise
At the start of every term, our instructors complete refresher training led by our specialist trainer, David Perry. This includes CPR, first aid, and emergency procedures, going well beyond minimum legal requirements.
With over 20 years’ experience in the leisure industry, Dave brings expert knowledge from his roles as a Leisure Centre Manager, STA Regional Development Officer, and now as director of Aquatic Training Courses. His training ensures our instructors are always prepared to respond effectively to any situation.
Ongoing Monitoring
SwimWay continuously monitors all operational procedures and site safety. This includes regular inspections of venues, updating of safety protocols, and ensuring our facilities remain fully compliant. This vigilance helps keep SwimWay at the forefront of best practice in swimming safety.
Whether teaching children or adults, in private lessons or group classes, SwimWay ensures a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment for every swimmer.
