Originally from Australia, I’ve always loved being in the water and grew up swimming from a young age. My passion for the sport led me to compete for over 10 years, achieving success at both state and national level as part of my team.

I began my teaching journey by volunteering with younger swimmers at my local club before gaining my swim teaching qualifications. Since then, I’ve taught swimmers of all ages and abilities. I later qualified as a competitive swimming coach and became Head Coach of a junior squad, helping young swimmers develop their technique, confidence and love of the sport.

After moving to London in 2025, I realised how much I missed teaching and being around the pool, so I was delighted to return to swim teaching with SwimWay.

My favourite part of being a swimming teacher is seeing each swimmer’s progress. Whether it’s helping a nervous beginner gain confidence or supporting a swimmer to achieve a personal goal, there’s nothing more rewarding than watching their hard work pay off.
