I have worked with SwimWay since 2009 in operations, systems, and communication. I focus on simplifying processes, improving workflows, and making day-to-day operations clearer and more effective for both teams and clients – whether that’s refining systems, improving communication, or supporting better customer experiences. I thrive in a small business environment and enjoy working with people who take initiative and look for solutions.

I have been a keen swimmer from a very young age while growing up in South Africa.  In order to get a better understanding of the industry, I also qualified as a swimming instructor, spending a year teaching weekly lessons and running holiday courses. This helped me gain valuable insight into our programme, clientele, and the unique service we sell.
