At SwimWay, we try to ensure our clients have the best chance to secure their preferred swimming lesson times. That’s why anyone who enrols in our holiday courses for the current term is included in SwimWay Priority Bookings.

How It Works

If you book a holiday course with SwimWay during the current term, you automatically qualify for our priority booking period for the following term’s weekly lessons. This opportunity gives you first dibs with other current term-time clients on securing a prime-time out-of-school swimming slot before general bookings open.

Who Qualifies?

Who qualifies as an existing client? Anyone who has booked and paid for a Term-Time or Holiday course in the current term. It’s our way of showing appreciation to our loyal clients. To ensure they have the opportunity to continue their swimming journey with us seamlessly.

How To Book

To take advantage of this priority booking period, simply visit our website and navigate to the venue page. There, you’ll find all the availability and booking instructions. Only requests from current clients will be accepted during this period, so you’ll have the best chance of getting the slot you want.

While we’ll also send out emails announcing the opening of priority bookings, we encourage you not to wait for them, as they may be delayed. Instead, check the availability on our website and contact us promptly to secure your spot.

Booking is easy – just fill out our booking form with your request. If you’re interested in spaces at multiple pools, be sure to list them in the “further information” box. You can also email us directly, but remember to include all necessary information and send your email to each venue address you’re requesting to book at.
