FAQ: Waiting List & Availability Notifications

Clients sometimes ask us to add them to our waiting list to subscribe to availability notifications. We do our utmost, but cannot guarantee we can update on alternatives or new openings in priority order. Thus, SwimWay does not operate a waiting-list system. We take all new bookings on a first come, first served basis.

We ask all clients to keep an eye on the availability detailed on our website. This availability is updated anywhere between daily to once or twice a week (dependent on the time of term). We also regularly update our various social media outlets when there is something new to report. Additionally, we send out weekly email updates for term-time and holiday availability. If you would like to receive these updates, contact us using the contact form. To be added to the mailing list, please ensure you accept our terms and privacy policy. You can unsubscribe at any time.

During the term, clients do sometimes decide to change their slots to a different time. Subsequently, this opens up new spaces that were previously unavailable. So, it is definitely worth keeping an eye out and checking the website/emails for any changes.
