How To Get In Touch
The best way to get in touch is via the contact form on our website. This way you will give us all the information we need to make a booking, without having to go back and forth. The page gives you directions on how to book with us, including running you through the handy stage finder as well as providing links to availability.
Alternatively, feel free to simply drop us an email, but please do try to include as much information as possible. This way we can ensure a timely response and expedient booking! Helpful information to include is:
- Parent/guardian name/s
- Child’s Name
- Child’s date of birth
- Which pool you are contacting us about
- The course/day and time you would like to book
- Are you looking for 1:1 or 1:2 children’s lessons, or group parent and baby classes?
- A detailed description of your child’s swimming abilities
- Address
- Mobile
- Any pertinent medical information
Of course, we are always happy to have a chat too! If you prefer the old-fashioned way, simply pick up the phone and give us a call Mondays – Fridays, 9.30am – 2.30pm. Do note that outside of office hours, phone messages will be actioned the following morning, whereas emails may be received sooner.
